• 1 lb. Braum’s ground beef
• 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
• 1 Tbsp. canola oil
• 2 1⁄2 cups beef broth
• 1 cup diced tomatoes
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 package of Frontier Soups – Chili Mix
• 1 1⁄2 cups biscuit baking mix
• 1⁄2 cup yellow cornmeal
• 3⁄4 cup Braum’s whole milk
• 1 tsp. green onions, minced
• 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
