• 3 medium carrots, diced

• 2 cups potatoes, diced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 6 cups beef broth
• 1 (15 ounce) can fire roasted tomatoes, undrained
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
• Salt and pepper
