Ingredients: 3-4 apples (sliced into 1/8 inch slices); 1 cup granulated sugar; 1/2 cup unsalted butter; 2 eggs; 1/2 teaspoon vanilla; 1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour; 1 teaspoon baking powder; 1/4 teaspoon salt; 2 teaspoons cinnamon; 1/4 cup whole milk; 4 tablespoons dulce de leche or caramel; Vanilla ice cream (optional)
