- 400g Chopped Tomato (from can)
- 6 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Fresh Flat Parsley
- 1bsp Tomato Puree
- 1 tbsp fresh, chopped Rosemary
- Half tbsp Chilli Flakes
- Pinch of Fennel Seeds crushed
- Pinch of Salt and Pepper for seasoning
