- Rohu (Rui) Medium - Bengali Cut, No Head (6 pieces)
- 1 tbsp black mustard seeds
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard seeds
- 1 chopped tomato
- 7 Green Chillies (2 chopped and 5 split down the middle)
- 1 tsp ½turmeric powder
- tsp ½fenugreek seeds (methee)
- 4 tbsp Mustard Oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup warmed water
