This is the most decadent and fudgy cake you'll ever taste. It is made with soft Medjool dates and comes with an amazing caramel sauce.
Ingredients
- 15 Medjool dates
- 450 ml of plantbased milk
- 1 tsp of vanilla essence
- 50 grams of coconut oil
- 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar
- 25 grams of coconut sugar
- 100 grams of oat flour
- 100 grams of almond flour
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- pinch of sea salt
- 200 ml of canned coconut cream
- 50 grams of coconut sugar
- 1 tsp of tapioca or corn starch
- 1 tbsp of coconut oil
