• 1/3 cup of sour cream
• 1 egg
• 1 egg yolk
• 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
• 1 cup of flour
• 1/2 cup of organic sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon of salt
• 6 tablespoons of room-temperature butter, cut into 8 square pieces
