  • 1 tsp packed, brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp McCormick® Chinese Five Spice

  • 3/4 tsp grated, orange peel
  • 4 boneless center-cut pork chops, (about 1.3cm thick),trimmed of excess fat
