- 1 -1 1/2 cup chopped cooked corned beef
- 3/4 cup minced onion
- 3 garlic cloves, smashed chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- black pepper, to taste (I serve it on the table)
- 3 cups small diced potatoes (or store bought loose hashbrowns.)
- 2 tablespoons butter
