• ½ cup red wine vinegar
• 3 tbsp granulated sugar
• 5 cloves garlic
• 2 tbsp dried oregano
• 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
• 1 ½ lemons zested and juiced
• 2 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
• 2 tbsp water
• 1 tbsp salt
