- 3/4 cup Rapadura Sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 cup of macadamia, light olive or any other neutral flavoured oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 Large pink lady apples cut into thin slices
