- green chilli paste ( optional) Half spoon
- Cumin seeds powder 1/2 spoon
- Dhaniya powder 1/2 spoon
- Whole black pepper powder 1/2 spoon

- Ghee or oil for deep frying 2-3 spoon
- Wheatflour 1 cup
- Warm Water As needed kneading dough
- To make green Chutney- fresh coriander leaves 2 spoon finelly chopped
