• 1 lb ground pork
• 1/2 lb ground beef
• 1 large onion - chopped fine
• 2/3 cup milk
• 4-5 slices dry bread - cubed
• 2 eggs
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon ground cardamon
• 2 teaspoons black pepper
