• ½ cup of olive oil
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 ½ cups unbleached all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• ½ cup plain yogurt (you can use sour cream or Greek yogurt)
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 3-4 black or red plums
