- 1 1/3 cups unbleached flour, or 1/3 cup wholewheat flour & 1 cup unbleached
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- ½ cup cold butter, cut into 1″ cubes
- 2 eggs
- 1 ¼ cups packed brown sugar
- ¼ cup melted unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup currants
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. unbleached flour
