• 8 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
• 1/2 cup almond milk
• 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
• 1/4 cup dutch processed cocoa powder
• 1/ cup cocoa powder
• 1 cup coconut sugar
• 4 tbsp 100 % pure maple syrup
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp instant espresso powder
• 1 cup almondmilk or plant milk of choice
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/3 cup avocado oil
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 tbsp ground flax + 3 tbsp water
• 2 cake pans
