Ingredients

• 1 10- inch (25 cm) round Italian bread
• 2 tbsp light mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp basil pesto
• 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
• 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
• 8 hard boiled eggs, sliced
• 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped (optional)
• 1 cup sliced black olives
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 small red onion, sliced
• 6 slices of deli or roast turkey breast
