• ½ cup cold water
• 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• ¼ teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 14 to 16 cloves fresh garlic
• 1 teaspoon chili oil
• 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
• 1 medium onion
