- 6 eggs, separated
- 250g hazelnuts, with skins on
- 200g unsalted butter ( Lakeland )
- 200g dark chocolate ( Novi )
- 200g caster sugar
- 1 heaped tbsp plain flour
- 1 heaped tbsp cocoa ( Loaded Pantry ) You will also need
- 2 tbsp chocolate and hazelnut spread ( Novi Crema )
- 50g toasted chopped hazelnuts
