Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lb (750 g) ground Ontario turkey
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 sweet green pepper, chopped
• 1 pkg (35 g) taco seasoning mix
• 1/4 cup (50 mL) water
• 6 large flour tortillas
• 1 14 oz (398 mL) can refried beans
• 3 cups (750 mL) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded, divided
• 1 cup (250 mL) light sour cream
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) salsa
• 2 cups (500 mL) lettuce, shredded
• 1 tomato, chopped
• 1/3 cup (75 mL) black olives, pitted, sliced
