Taco Cornbread Casserole - Lemon Stripes

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 yellow onion, chopped
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 packet, taco seasoning (or mix chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, oregano, and garlic powder)
• 1 14oz can, fire roasted diced tomatoes
• 1 cup, cooked white rice (I used frozen!)
• 1 cup, water
• 1 small can, mild diced green chiles
• 1 cup, frozen corn
• 1 can, black beans (drained)
• 1 box, cornbread mix
• 1 cup, tortilla chips, crunched
