- 2 tsp Rhubarb syrup
- 2 tsp Pressed unsweetened rhubarb juice.
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp Ginger liqueur (I use The King’s Ginger)
- 1 tbsp Orange Liqueur (I use Grande Marnier)
- Pink Prosecco to top up
- 3.4 oz Caster Sugar
- 3.4 oz Water
- 2 Stems Rhubarb, chopped
