Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey (a runny variety)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 16 ounces French baguette or Italian bread, cut into slices
  • 2-3 tablespoons Roland® Olive Oil
  • 1 clove garlic, sliced in half
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons Roland® Balsamic Glaze or Roland® Fig Balsamic Glaze (get the Fig Balsamic Glaze on Amazon )
  • 11 ounces cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 2 tablespoons basil ribbons
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh basil
  • Freshly grated parmesan cheese
