Corn Salsa - Chili Pepper Madness

Ingredients

• 3 ears fresh corn on the cob (~ 2 cups fresh corn)
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes (chopped (or use 1 large tomato))
• 2 jalapeno peppers (chopped (core them out for milder salsa – or use bell pepper))
• 1 small red onion (diced)
• 2 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1/3 cup fresh chopped cilantro
• Juice from 2 small limes
• Salt and pepper to taste
