- 5 C. Chopped -seeded Green Peppers (approx 2 lbs)
- 5 c. chopped onions – I use 1/2 red & 1/2 yellow (approx 1 1/2 lbs)
- 2 1/2 c. Chopped Seeded Jalapeños (about 1 lb)
- 3 Cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbs. Fresh Cilantro, minced
- 1 Tbs. Salt
- 1 1/4 c. Cider Vinegar
