Ingredients

• 250 g Dried Penne pasta
• 400 g Italian Sausages
• 200 g Hard cows milk mozzarella grated
• 2 tbsp Olive oil
• Tomato Sauce
• 400 ml Tomato Passata
• 250 ml Water
• 1/2 Onion chopped
• 2 Garlic clove grated
• 2 Tomato puree
• 1 tbsp Fresh basil chopped
• 1/2 tsp Chilli flake (optional)
• 1 tsp Fennel seeds crushed
• 1 tsp Caster sugar
• 1/2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
• 1/4 tsp Salt
