• 1 large onion (chopped)
• 1 cup butter or margarine
• 1 cup celery (finely chopped)
• 2 tbsp dry chicken stock
• 1 tsp poultry seasoning
• 1/2 tbsp salt
• 1/4 tbsp pepper
• 1 1/4 cups water
• 1 loaf white bread (cubed)
• 1/4 cup fresh parsley
• 12-16 lb turkey
