Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp bread crumbs
• 1 tbsp onion (finely chopped)
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp thyme
• dash of pepper
• 1/2 lb lean ground beef
• Oil for cooking
• Optional: Worcestershire can be added to make it spicier
