Ingredients

• 4 6 ounces each boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 1 cup margarita mix
• ¼ cup olive brine
• ½ cup fresh lime juice
• ¼ cup tequila
• 2 cups water
• ¼ cup kosher salt
• 2 tablespoons cooking oil
• ½ teaspoon garlic granules
• ½ teaspoon onion granules
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon ground cumin
• ½ teaspoon ground coriander
• ½ teaspoon white pepper
• 8 each olives stuffed with jalapenos or serranos
• Zest of 1 lime
• ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
