Ingredients

• 1 ¾ cup (425 mL) all purpose flour
• ¼ cup (50 mL) cornstarch
• 1 cup (250 mL) icing sugar
• 1 cup (250 mL) non-hydrogenated canola margarine
• 1 Tbsp (15 mL) orange zest
• ¾ cup (175 mL) semi-sweet chocolate chips
• ½ cup (125 mL) chocolate chips
• 1 tsp (5 mL) canola oil
