Ingredients

• 24 oz. Tasteful Selections® 3-Bite potatoes, quartered
• ¼ c. mayonnaise
• ¼ c. Creole or spicy brown mustard
• 1½ tsp. red wine vinegar
• ½ tsp. prepared horseradish
• ½ tsp. salt
• ¼ tsp. dried thyme
• ⅛ tsp. Garlic powder
• ⅛ tsp. ground red pepper
• 3 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and chopped
• 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
