- 1 1/4 tsp salt

- 1 cup soda water
- 3/4 cup grated cheese tasty/cheddar
- 600g spinach leaves trimmed, washed, or 500g frozen spinach, thawed
- 200g feta cheese
- 1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
