• 2000 g Fresh cleaned Mussels
• 350 g Dried Spaghetti
• 250 ml Tomato Passata
• 175 ml White wine
• 30 g Flatleaf parsley finely chopped
• 1 Onion finely chopped
• 3 Garlic clove grated
• 2 tbsp Tomato puree
• 1 tbsp Fresh basil chopped
• 1 tsp Caster sugar
• 1 tsp Chilli flakes
• 1/2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 3 tbsp Olive oil
