• 1 tsp white flour
• 200 g sour single cream
• 200 g mushrooms
• 1 onions
• 1 red peppers
• 1 tsp paprika
• 3 gherkins
• ½ bunch parsley
• 3 tbsp mild mustard
• 400 g veal frying steaks (minute steaks)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 ½ dl meat bouillon
• ½ tsp salt
• a little pepper
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 ½ dl white wine
