Ingredients

• 1½ tablespoons (30 g) butter
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 350 g mushrooms, finely chopped
• 350 g chicken mince
• ⅔ cup (55 g) fresh breadcrumbs
• 1 egg, beaten
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
• 500 g small new potatoes
• salt
• pepper
• 4 tablespoons low–fat natural yogurt to serve
• fresh parsley to garnish
• 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 red capsicum, seeded and thinly sliced
• 1 green capsicum, seeded and thinly sliced
• 1 tablespoon paprika
• 1 litre passata
• pinch caraway seeds
