Wilson Farm • Squash Cheesecake Squares

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1/3 cup melted butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 3 eggs
• 2/3 cup of sugar
• 16 oz. cream cheese
• 1 1/3 cup of squash (measure after squash is cooked)
• 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
• 1/8 tsp. cloves
• 1 pint of sour cream
• 2 tbsp. of sugar
