Ingredients
- - 1+1/2 to 2 lbs round steak (i use top sirloin)
- - 1/2 tsp salt
- - 1/8 tsp black pepper
- - 1 onion sliced
- - 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- - 1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
- - 1/2 tsp paprika
- - 1-(10+1/2 oz) can of condensed beef broth
- - 1 tbsp ketchup
- - 2 tbsp dry red wine (i use 1/4 cup )
- - 1/4 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
- - 3 tbsp cornstarch
- - 1/4 cup of water
- - 1 cup sour cream
- - cooked rice or noodles (i use broad noodles)
