• 1 Large Watermelon Radish or Black Radish (note: can also be made with cucumber if radish is not available)
• 4 Slices Smoked Salmon
• 1 Handful of Micro Greens
• 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
• Chives (Finely Chopped)
• Toothpicks
