Reindeer sandwich cake - Lapin Liha

Ingredients

• 100 g Lapin Liha’s cold-smoked reindeer hack
• 1 small red onion
• 3 tbsp fresh parsley
• 100 g horseradish cream cheese
• 50 g plain cream cheese
• 120 g smetana
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• black pepper
• 1/3 cucumber
• 4 tbsp chopped chives
• 150 g plain cream cheese
• 75 g crème fraîche
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 15 large slices of whole grain toast bread
