• 1kg lamb and springbok mince
• Butter and vegetable oil

• 10ml Roasted Masala
• 5ml turmeric
• 2 slices of bread, crumbled
• 60ml milk
• Finely grated zest and juice of 1 small lemon
• 1 egg
• 5ml salt
• 5ml milled black pepper
• 100g dried apricots, chopped
• 1 Granny smith apple peeled, cored and finely chopped
• 60ml sultanas
• 250ml beef stock
• Filo pastry
• Egg white for sealing samoosas
