• 4 Arctic char fillets, about 8 oz. (250 g.) each
• 3 T. butter
• ½ t. chopped garlic
• ½ c. fresh rye breadcrumbs

• 4 c. sliced leeks, white and light green portion only
• ¼ cup ginger
