Roast dinner - in a pie. And the pie crust is made of a giant Yorkshire pudding. All we can say is WOW!
Ingredients
- 70g plain flour
- 2 eggs
- 100ml milk
- Pinch of salt
- 200g sliced beef
- 170g pack of stuffing
- 300g Broccoli
- 300g mashed potatoes
- 300g roast potatoes
- (optional)300ml gravy of choice
- Circle of puff pastry, approximately the same size as your cake tin (around 175-200g)
