Ingredients

• ½ yellow onion
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 tbsp Arla® LactoFREE Slightly Salted Spreadable 250g, for frying
• 1 tbsp olive oil, for frying
• 50 ml white wine
• 400 g canned whole tomatoes
• ½ pot fresh basil
• 1 tsp granulated sugar
• 50 ml rapeseed oil
• salt and black pepper
• 1 tbsp butter, for frying
• 50 ml breadcrumbs
• 100 ml whipping cream
• 1 egg
• ½ lemon, finely grated zest
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
• ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
• 250 g peas mince or similar
• 250 g mixed mince meat
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp butter, for frying
• 300 g pasta, preferably tagliatelle
• 100 g cheese, grated
