- 500g beef mince
- 1 tsp (5ml) Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp (10ml) Dijon mustard
- salt and freshly ground pepper
- ¼ cup (60ml) Parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- vegetable oil, for frying
- 400g penne pasta, cooked according to packet instructions
- 1 packet (200g) fresh tomato sauce
- 1 packet (200g) fresh cheese sauce
- extra fresh parsley, finely chopped for garnishing
- extra Parmesan, finely grated for serving
