Ingredients

• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 large zucchini, diced
• 1 leek, white and light green part only, sliced thinly
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 sprig fresh basil, minced
• 1/2 c finely grated Parmesan cheese
• Dash of dry white wine
• 3/8 c DFC Coconut Chili Lime sauce
• Salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste
• 1 pie crust or puff pastry of choice
• 1 egg yolk, well-beaten
• Sesame seeds
