- 85g caster sugar
- 85g soft brown sugar
- 1 egg, medium
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 175g self-raising flour, sieved together with
- ½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 85g chocolate drops
- Red ready to roll coloured icing
- 100g white chocolate, melted or
- Stork icing made with:
- 100g icing sugar and 50g Stork
- Chocolate drops and red candy sweets
- Chocolate writing icing tube
