Ingredients: 13 Cloves Garlic (Chopped); 4 Large Chopped Onions; 4 Large Celery Sticks (use more if you want too); olive oil (Enough to saute the veg's in); 4 28 oz cans each Crushed tomatoes (Or 2 cans of diced and 2 crushed); 12 Tsp;s Sugar (White); 4 Tsp's oregano; 3/4 Tsp Crushed dried red pepers; 1 Tsp Salt; 4 cans Italian flavored tomato pasted (Optional Garlic Paste (5 1/2 oz) Either is good); 4 Bay Leafs; 2 Tsp's Basil; 2 Tsp's Thyme; 1 Tsp Black Pepper; Optional Optional Optional (Optional); 2 Cans Sliced Mushrooms (Drained); 2 Large Peppers Green or other Colors (Please Chop fine)
