PECAN PIE Method Place all the dough ingredients into a mixer fitted with a dough hook. Knead until combined.

- 100 g icing sugar
- 1 medium free range egg
- ½ vanilla pods, seeds scraped out
- 65 g Lurpak® Slightly Salted Butter
- 200 g muscovado sugar
- 4 medium free range eggs
- 25 ml golden syrup
- 1 vanilla pod, seeds scraped out
- ¼ tsp salt
- 200 g pecans, roughly chopped
