Ingredients

• 1-1/2 to 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 (2-1/4 tsp.) envelope Fleischmann's ® Pizza Crust Yeast
• OR Fleischmann’s ® RapidRise ® Instant Yeast
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 2/3 cup very warm water (120° to 130°F)*
• 1 tablespoon oil
• Filling
• 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
• 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black fine grind pepper
• 1/4 cup diced onion
• 3/4 cup thinly sliced mushrooms (about 2 mushrooms per calzone)
• 24 (-inch) pepperoni slices
• Pizza sauce for dipping
