- Grated lemon zest, for garnish
- 600ml water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 160ml heavy whipping cream
- 3 tbsp Kerrygold Irish Salted Butter
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp salt, or to taste
